It's hard to believe that Sammy Hagar is 70 years old. After all, he sure doesn't act like it.
Sammy has amassed quite the collection of homes in California, Mexico, and in Hawaii. And he's putting the remaining Hawaii digs on the market
The three-bedroom home sits on 10 acres on the edge of a cliff in Waipio Bay. Priced at $3.3 million, it also includes a pool with a landscaped center island, a guest house, a 1000-square-foot garage, a tilapia pond, a 400-foot-deep well and, of course, a tiki bar.
The home he sold last year was purchased by the Montessori Hale O Keiki school. When Hagar heard who wanted to buy the 14-acre property, he wrote out a check for $250,000, which the school is using to develop the land.
