Surfing The Biggest Wave Ever

Brazilian surfer Rodrigo Koxa caught an 80-foot wave which wiped out the previous record for the largest wave ever surfed by two feet. Koxa was officially recognized as the record-holder over the weekend at at the World Surf League’s Big Wave Awards. Take a look at this ride!


the World Surf League made the announcement at the Big Wave Awards in Santa Monica, California, and it said: "Not only did Koxa win this year's honor [for biggest wave], but he now holds the Guinness World Record for the biggest wave surfed."
