Tom Cruise Does A HALO Jump For Mission Impossible

Check out this behind the scenes look at the upcoming Mission Impossible sequel. Tom Cruise - who is well known for doing his own stunts - does a HALO parachute jump in the movie. HALO is a military term that stands for High Altitude Low Open. Jumping from 25,000 feet and opening your chute below 2000 feet. Cruise is believed to be the first actor to do a HALO jump on camera. 

 

Cruise has climbed rock faces and scaled the outside of the Burj Khalia, the world's tallest building. He also broke his ankle while shooting this upcoming MI sequel.
